We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our growing, 100% employee-owned team! We are seeking an organized, dependable professional who is committed to accuracy. As part of our office team, you’ll help ensure that orders move smoothly from sales to delivery, supporting both our customers and internal teams. This role also provides support across general office functions. The primary purpose of this role is to assist and enhance the effectiveness of the sales team by providing essential support across various functions. Key responsibilities include inside sales, administrative tasks, and representing the company at trade shows. This position is dynamic, with a mix of office-based and travel-related duties, allocated as follows: Sales - Phone/email to sell new products In Office - Sales Support In Office - Administrative Travel required for sales support The position offers a competitive salary, eligibility for quarterly bonuses, comprehensive health insurance benefits that exceed industry standards and shares as an Employee Owner.

A Production Personnel role is able to perform in a fast pace production line. Able to stand for long periods of time. Willing to work well with others in a close working environment. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and learn new skills. Shifts currently run 10 hours per day 6:00am - 4:30pm.
