The Industrial Automation Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, installing, and maintaining automated systems and processes within an industrial setting. The Industrial Automation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, assess feasibility, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.


System Analysis:

·      Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing industrial systems and processes to pinpoint automation opportunities.

·      Collaborate with production and Maintenance to gather requirements and gain a deep understanding of industrial workflow intricacies.

Design and Development:

·      Develop and implement automation solutions using cutting-edge tools and technologies tailored for industrial applications.

·      Design and program automated scripts, workflows, and processes to optimize industrial operations.

·      Collaborate with industrial engineering and IT teams to seamlessly integrate automation solutions into existing systems.

Testing and Validation:

·      Conduct rigorous testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industrial standards.

·      Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues and refine automation solutions as needed.


·      Generate comprehensive documentation for all industrial automation processes, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

·      Maintain up-to-date documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

Training and Support:

·      Provide training to industrial end-users and support teams on leveraging automated systems effectively.

·      Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure the seamless operation of automated processes within an industrial environment.

Continuous Improvement:

·      Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in industrial automation.

·      Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation capabilities within an industrial context.



  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions within an industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Proficiency in programming PLC’s and HMI’s
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on industrial processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of process optimization and workflow analysis within an industrial setting
  • Experience with Industrial Internet
  • Certifications in relevant industrial automation technologies.
