Jace, a Deer River, MN native, has been a key team member since November 2017. He graduated from Deer River High School in 2013 and earned a double major in marketing and management from The College of St. Scholastica. Jace has significantly enhanced our sales and marketing strategies with his dedicated and respectful approach. Outside of work, he enjoys lake activities, hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife, two children, family, and friends. He finds great happiness in living and working in his hometown.

Henry was born and raised in the Deer River, MN area. After graduating high school, he earned his bachelor's degree in marketing and management from The College of St. Scholastica. In recent years, he and his wife moved back to the area to pursue their careers where they grew up. Henry brings a relationship-first approach to sales, combining strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and is proud to be part of a fantastic team. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he enjoys fishing, following sports, and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.
